WHAT MAKES LELELÊ DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?

We use Peruvian organic Pima cotton, a material that is considered one of the softest and finest in the world, providing an intimate blend that achieves an incredibly soft, durable and healthy fabric. Plus, all of our briefs undergo an antimicrobial wash that provides protection against bacteria, mold, and other microbes.

This is an ideal product for those who suffer from regular UTIs or from any other kind of complication down there. Our pieces are not only of the highest quality and eco-friendly, they are also designed to be comfortable and ultra light, creating the proper comfort and care we all need.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?

For our underwear, we use an extremely soft and stretchy organic Pima cotton blend (95% organic Pima cotton + 5% spandex). We chose this material for its incredible softness and longevity. For the rest of our products we always use top quality natural fiber textiles, such as organic cotton.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We do offer worldwide shipping. We ship from our base in Lisbon, Portugal.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your purchase will ship between two to six days after you order. We process every order manually and ship from our base in Lisbon, Portugal. We ship out once a week. You will receive a confirmation after your order is processed and we will email you a tracking number once the package has been sent.

*There may be unexpected delays, especially for international orders. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

Orders are not shipped with prices, so recipients will not see the price of the products. If you wish you can add a personalized note at the end of the purchase and we will include it handwritten.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once the order has been placed, our team works to ensure that all orders are processed and packed as quickly as possible. Given this, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We are very sorry! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at leleleintimates@gmail.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received a different product than what you ordered, or there are items missing from your order, we're so sorry! Contact us ASAP at leleleintimates@gmail.com and we'll make sure to send you exactly what you ordered! Keep in mind that after 7 days without a response to an erroneous shipping query, the product cannot be exchanged.
