Shipping:

Your purchase will ship between two to six days after you order. We process every order manually and ship from our base in Lisbon, Portugal. We ship out once a week. You will receive a confirmation after your order is processed and we will email you a tracking number once the package has been sent.

*There may be unexpected delays, especially for international orders. 

Our products come inside a customized recycled packaging, wrapped on a compostable mailing bag. 

Returns: 

All of our sales are final and we accept no returns. We deeply recommend you checking our size chart before picking your goodies. If you have any question regarding sizing, don't hesitate and contact us through leleleintimates@gmail.com or via Instagram. 

Damaged or missing products:

We are very sorry! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at leleleintimates@gmail.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
